By using HSPG services, you agree to the following:

  • Our Services: HSPG provides guidance on co-ownership, private lending, private investing, and surplus fund recovery. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes.

  • Fees & Compensation: Fees and arrangements vary depending on the service and individual agreement. All terms, including equity or interest arrangements, will be clearly discussed and agreed upon during consultations.

  • No Legal Advice: HSPG is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Clients are responsible for seeking their own legal counsel if needed.

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly to communications, and comply with agreements related to services provided.

  • Limitation of Liability: HSPG provides guidance and support but is not liable for financial or legal outcomes resulting from client decisions.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that HSPG does not provide legal advice.

 

Limited Power of Attorney & Scope of Authority

The Client hereby grants a Limited Power of Attorney to LTB ASSETS LLC “HSPG” (“Agent”) solely for the purpose of identifying, locating, verifying, and recovering unclaimed funds or assets owed to the Client.

 

This authorization is strictly limited to actions necessary to facilitate the recovery of such funds, including but not limited to:- Communicating with government agencies, financial institutions, or other entities holding the funds
- Completing and submitting required documentation
- Verifying the Client’s identity and ownership of the funds
- Receiving correspondence related to the claim

 

Limitations of Authority:

The Agent’s authority under this Limited Power of Attorney is expressly restricted and does not include:
- Authority to access, control, or manage any of the Client’s bank accounts or financial assets beyond the recovered funds
- Authority to incur debts, obligations, or liabilities on behalf of the Client
- Authority to endorse, deposit, transfer, or distribute funds except as expressly authorized in writing by the Client
- Authority to act on behalf of the Client for any purpose unrelated to the recovery of unclaimed funds

This Limited Power of Attorney shall automatically terminate upon the earlier of:

1. Successful recovery and disbursement of the funds to the Client

OR
2. Written revocation by the Client

 

The Client retains full control and ownership of all funds at all times, and this agreement does not constitute a general or durable Power of Attorney.

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)

  • Business information (company name, EIN, address, etc.)

  • Information submitted through forms, consultations, or communications

HSPG does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
